FairPlay Film &
Video Award!
From Thursday the 24th to Sunday the 27th,
the event will take place in Lugano,
Switzerland at Cinema LUX and Atelier K10.

Every day from 10 am to at 11 pm the public is invited to attend the screenings of the works participating in the international award. The Jury will be present. Among the members of the committee are Hans D.Christ, co-director of Württembergische Kunstverein Stuttgart, Mirjam Varadinis, curator at Kunsthaus Zürich, and Andrei Ujica, film-maker and director of ZKM Filminstitut Karlsruhe.
Besides the competition, FairPlay Film & Video Award offers a FOCUS programme, which includes the screenings of films by Mario Rizzi, Francesco Jodice, and Ghazel and the presentation of OVNI Archives.
A consistent OFF programme curated by Noah Stolz, Marco Scotini, and Andrea Lissoni integrate the programme of the award. The OFF programme is hosted at Atelier K10 and offers everyday screenings, conferences and special events. Among others the presentation of the latest film by Rossella Biscotti produced by Fine Arts Unternehmen AG and three video programmes focusing on themes such as the re-enactment of documents in video and film production, the cross-over of sound and image culture, and the aesthetic of video clips
